I've been wanting to HIIT you guys up with this topic for a while because it's important to know that the type of exercise you do plays a major role in your body's stress level.

Many clients of mine come to me discouraged when they aren't seeing changes in their bodies after believing that they have the perfect nutrition plan + workout regimen.

When in reality, their high-intensity workouts are causing more harm than good.
