Do you ever feel like you’d rather burn your mouth than do cardio? It may sound dramatic, but I totally get it. Getting in the advised 150 minutes of cardio every week can be exhausting to think about! That is until I reframed my mind as to what cardio is and how I can incorporate it in throughout my day so I don't have to dread having an hour-long cardio session.
