Hi, I see you!! + trust me, I’ve been there too. That’s why a couple of years ago I started working on my daily intentions to help with my movement, tasks + daily presence. A little bit can go a long way, but it’s getting in the habit of doing it every day while being aware of it.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m still a work in progress over here… but it’s about progress, not perfection. And you being here to learn today is a step in the right direction.
